NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

​The City of Lobelville will hold a public meeting on January 9, 2026, 10:30 a.m. in the conference room of the Lobelville City Hall. This meeting is being held to discuss Lobelville’s recently completed 2023 Lobelville CDBG Street Improvement Project. All residents or entities with comments regarding this project are encouraged to attend this meeting or mail comments to City Recorder, LobelvilleCity Hall, P. O. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The City of Lobelville, Tennessee will hold a public meeting at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January

19, 2026, in the Conference Room of the Lobelville City Hall to discuss the Community

Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the Tennessee Department of

Economic and Community Development. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the

guidelines of the program and to solicit input from area residents regarding potential uses of

CDBG funds. 2026 CDBG funds can be used for water system improvements (small systems),

sewer system improvements (small systems), and community livability. Community livability

projects include public health and safety (ambulances, fire trucks, clinics, EMS stations);

community infrastructure (streets, drainage, flood mitigation); and community revitalization

(community centers, daycares, etc.).

All residents or entities with projects are encouraged to attend this meeting or mail

suggestions to City Recorder Cristal Odom, Lobelville City Hall, P. O. Box 369, Lobelville, TN 3709
