NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Section 48-24-107(a) of the Tennessee Business Corporation Act, Tenn. Code Ann. 48-11-101 et seq (the “Act”), Teague Brothers Sand & Gravel Co., Inc., a Tennessee Corporation (the “Corporation”), gives notice it has been dissolved and is winding up and liquidating its business and affairs as provided in the Act. All persons having claims against the Corporation must send them in writing to P.O. Box 127, Parsons, Tennessee 38363, Attn: Mark D. Teague, and must include the following information in such claims:

(1) The claimant’s name and mailing address; (2) A description in reasonable detail of the nature and basis of the claim; (3) The amount of the claim; (4) The date the claim arose; and (5) Complete and accurate copies of all documentation substantiating the claim.

A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.
