Tennessee Code Annotated, section 67-5-2401, requires the City of Lobelville to insert in
one or more newspapers of the county the following notice.
You are advised that after March 31 st , 2026, additional penalties and costs will be
imposed in consequence of suits to be filed for enforcement of the lien for taxes against
land and real or personal property. Until the filing of such suits, taxes may be paid at the
City of Lobelville office.

"Perry County is accepting sealed bids for an inoperable white Chevrolet dump truck which is located at the Perry County Landfill where it may be viewed and inspected. Said vehicle is being sold "as is / where is" with no warranties as to its fitness for use and successful bidder will be responsible for loading and hauling it. Interested parties are to submit sealed bids to the Perry County Mayor's Office at 121 E. Main Street by 9:00 AM on Wednesday, March 11, 2026."
