  For the third time in 2009, Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative members will see a drop in the price they pay for electricity. The Cooperative decided to pass on to members a decrease in Tennessee Valley Authority’s Fuel Cost Adjustment (FCA).

FLAG FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT - JULY 18
  Can’t wait for football season to get here? Neither can we.
  Come join the PCHS football team as they host the first ever Viking Flag Football Tournament. This is your chance to show off your backyard football skills for the whole community to see!
  The games will be held on Saturday, July 18, beginning at 11:00 a.m., at the PCHS football field.
  The bracket-style tourney is open to all ages, and teams must consist of seven players. Entry fee is $10 per player, or $70 per team.
  Teams must pre-register by calling Coach Harrison.
  Spectator admission is free; concessions will be available.
  The Vikings will also be selling smoked chicken dinners for $10 a plate.
  All proceeds to the PCHS football team to help pay for fall camp and new equipment.
